Fishes was founded by a family of Israeli food lovers who moved to Belgium and couldn’t find a place that truly felt like home. So we built one. Our kitchen is guided by the flavours of the Israeli coastline — fresh fish, honest vegetables, and recipes passed down through generations — all prepared under the strict kosher supervision of the Beth Din of Belgium.
